Shipping and handling fees are not included in the prices listed on this page. You will be charged only for actual shipping charges plus a $1.00 handling fee.

*We scan at a high resolution for best results. If you do your own scans please scan with a minimum of 800 dpi for photos smaller than 8"x10", and 400 dpi for 8"x10".
**Chapters can be added at an additional charge of $10.00
***Artistic touches include soft focus (diffused), black & white soft focus, and sepia to name a few. Sepia can be combined with soft focus to create a soft, romantic effect. You can see examples of these artistic touches on my samples page.
Photo Restoration, Custom Photo Editing, and Touch-up with no DVD slide show:
This service is just photo restorations only. DVD Slide shows include some basic restoration touch-ups as mentioned above. You will however receive a CD with your restored photos.
With photo restoration old, worn out pictures can once again breath new life. Not only can old pictures be repaired, but also enhancements to any photo can make all the difference in the world. If you are picking pictures for a slide show, pick photos in the best condition as possible to avoid additional restoration fees. You will, however, most likely have pictures that you want to include in the slide show that are old and damaged to varying degrees. Following are examples of some restoration work I have done. Photo restoration charges are based on the amount of labor involved in bringing the picture back to life and vary from picture to picture. You do not have to purchase a slide show to utilize my photo restorations services. We can restore your photo and make prints for you. If you have a photo that needs restored - either send me the picture or a scan of the picture and I will provide you a free estimate.
With the exception of Red Eye reduction and Clarity (basic simple color correction) I charge $25.00/hour for Photo Restoration with a 30-minute minimum at $12.50. My charge will be rounded off to the nearest 30-minute increment. Red Eye reduction and Clarity corrections are $1.00 per picture. See description and links to samples below. 10% of estimated price due when order is placed.
You will receive one sheet of prints in various size combinations with your restoration. This could be one sheet 8"x10", or one sheet with 2 5"x7"s, or 3 4"x6", etc. I can actually customize a sheet so if you want one sheet with 1 5x7, and 2 3x5s I can do that for you too. Additional sheets are $6.00/sheet.

Eye Reduction & Clarity - Removes red glowing eyes from people and pets in your pictures. Pets are particularly hard for most "Red Eye" removal software to handle. It typically leaves their eyes a grayish color that still looks bad. I use a technique that totally fixes Fido's eyes and makes them normal. Clarity - over time your pictures may become washed out and with some simple techniques I can restore them to their original brightness and contrast. See example.

Circles under eyes, and Wrinkle Removal - Want to look like that model in a magazine. Most of those photos have been
re-touched, yours can too see example.
- Weight Reduction - You can lose 20 lbs. in a matter of minutes!! See example.
- Photo Repair - This service covers a wide variety of problems, and is different from photo to photo. It can range from minor tears and scratches to severe damage like folds, missing areas, acid stains, water damage, etc. It is hard to put an exact time on correcting a damaged photo. Please either email or send me the picture for a free estimate. See examples.

- Colorizing - Colorizing can be tedious and intricate work typically taking a minimum of two hours. span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> See examples.
- Artistic Filtering - Take a photo and apply simple subtle changes like soft focus or sepia tone or go wild and turn it into a watercolor painting, pencil sketch, stained glass window, etc. The possibilities are endless. See examples.
Photo Preservation:
With this service I will simply scan your photos or negatives and store them on CD-RW disks for permanent storage. When I scan a negative it actually displays as a print.
